I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is located right across from the mall where everything is. I loved being able to walk to the mall without having to drive in busy traffic. The staff members were outstanding, they were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The hotel facilities were great, and they even had hot chocolate packets in the room, which was a nice touch.
Could not be improved in any way.
The location was fantastic, right across the street from West Edmonton Mall's Bourbon Street. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. The hotel staff were friendly and the housekeepers were wonderful.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was directly across from the mall. Being able to walk to the mall and all its shops and restaurants was a huge plus for us. Additionally, the hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Another highlight was the breakfast area, which was conveniently located just across the hall from our room.
