The hotel was really quiet and peaceful, with excellent scenery and walking paths through the wood. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with big windows that let in beautiful light. The restaurant had a delicious food and a great selection on the menu. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and they even provided a welcome pack for our dog. If I'm ever in the Lake District again, I would definitely consider revisiting this location.

Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.

The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options from continental buffet to menu-driven choices. The hotel's location was easy to find and had a beautiful setting, with a nature area in the grounds that was fun to explore. The friendly and professional staff, both at the reception and in the dining area, made us feel welcome and ensured that our dining experience was top-notch.
