The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were impressive. We enjoyed the convenient parking and easy access to transportation. The location next to the Humber river was beautiful, and it was relatively close to the airport. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were excited to be staying at this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even upgrading our room before we arrived. The Victorian charm of the hotel was evident both outside and inside the rooms. It felt like stepping back in time with cozy dining, quality food, and even live jazz music. The hotel was also conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to travel downtown to explore the city. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-equipped room made for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by a beautiful green park. It is conveniently close to a walking/bike trail and an underground station, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The hotel offers a delicious continental breakfast buffet that is constantly replenished. The staff at the hotel is friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional service.

We loved the charming and beautiful hotel in this city neighborhood. It was relaxing to be here, close to walks along the river. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice and clean room that had excellent water pressure in both the shower and jacuzzi tub. The location was perfect, easily accessible to the city center with public transport, and there was a nice park nearby for walks. The breakfast was delicious, with berries included, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
