The staff at the hotel were amazing and incredibly pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me in cancelling a room due to a family illness. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to all the outlet stores and restaurants in the area. The hotel facilities were clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options, including a veggie omelette and frittata, bacon cooked to your preference, pancakes. The afternoon tea service was a nice touch, and the cozy sitting areas with fireplaces were great for catching up with family and friends.

The hotel's location was superb, just a short walk away from LL Bean and other shops in town. I loved being able to leave my car in the huge parking lot and not having to worry about it until I left. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The attached restaurant, Maine Harvest, was a great dining option with excellent food and service.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming inn. The large king room was quiet and had a lovely old world feel. The bed was comfortable, and the bathtub had great water pressure. The hotel's facilities were excellent, with a complimentary afternoon tea offering delicious homemade baked goods and tea sandwiches. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection including hot egg dishes, fresh fruit, and homemade baked items. The staff were helpful and always available if needed. The location was perfect for our family business trip, with many attractions within walking distance and plenty of parking available.
